Given the result of the Privacy and Security | survey, KUMC appears to have outstanding areas that need to be addressed:

3.3.2 Security Risk Assessment and Policies
3.3.4 Training

Please come up with a remediation plan (with timelines) by Friday 8/28/15 and update the ​| spreadsheet when complete.
